When my mom got remarried they had a very lavish tropical island wedding with all their children and closest friends. I packed my camera and plenty of rechargeable batteries for the occasion since I wanted to capture every moment of my mother’s happiness. My father had passed away when I was eleven and my mom denied herself a relationship until she knew that we were all old enough to understand that she is not replacing my dad. I was seventeen when she met my stepdad and two and a half years later, he proposed. He is such a nice guy and my mother is so happy and the fact that he is loaded is a bonus which my mom deserves. Due to his financial position, we all enjoyed a two-week holiday on an island just off the coast ofAfrica. I had my camera and rechargeable batteries with me and tried to capture every special moment so that I can make my mother a scrapbook of her happiest day.
